چکیده

Ecological conditions of the growing areas, practices as well harvest and postharvest processing influence yield quality chamomile. The aim this research was to determine chamomile separation methods, treatments, on essential oil content, with a view improve current primary valuable medicinal plant. In order explain structure laboratory data that would give deeper assessment similarities among various samples oil, PCA employed. Tested results showed plant material, pre-drying treatment, had significant number identified compounds in oil. highest content individual flowers short stems, especially a-bisabolol, chamazulene, Z-spiroether E-b-famesene. obtained from long a-bisabolol chamazulene were significantly lower, while E-b-famesene contents higher. Furthermore, material without separation, lowest abisabolol Z-spiroether, E-b-farnesene recorded. correlation analysis performed investigate likeness amounts active differently processed samples. All these indicate importance precise controlled since it clearly affects
